We have introduced a new parameter in the Form Builder, Current Date.

You can introduce this field in your form and use it to display the current date in the read-only format.

How will this field help you?

Assume you have your form connected to the DocTemplate and the generated document goes to your client for digital signatures (using DocSignature). You can use this field to pass the current date on which the details were filled and the document was generated for signatures.

Note that the date will follow the UTC

We have just released the pre-built blocks in the Form Builder.

Pre-built blocks represent the pre-defined group of common input fields that belongs to the group. To begin with, we are releasing 5 blocks,

• Contact Block - {Email Address, Contact Number}
• Address Block - {Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, Zip Code, State / Province, Country}
• Personal Details Block - {First Name, Middle Name, Last Name, Gender, Date of Birth}
• Social Accounts Block - {Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram}
• Business Details Block - (Business Name, Business Category, Business Email Address, Business Contact Number}

To access these options, create/edit the Form. All fields present in the clocks are editable as per your preferences.

We believe that the block will help you expedite your form development activities.

We are excited to introduce the Team Members feature in the DocsCloud platform. You can now invite your team members to collaborate with you on various modules (like Forms, DocTemplate, and others) across DocsCloud.

To begin, go to the Configuration > Team Members option and enable the feature,

The feature is mapped to the plans,

• Professional Plan: Two (2) Team Members are already included in your plan. You will find a button to add your team members.
• Essential Plan: You can purchase the subscription for your Team Members (2) at $99/year for two members.
• Lifetime / Early Adopters: You can purchase the subscription for your Team Members (2) at $99/year for two members.
• Basic Plan: The Team Member feature is not available in the Basic Plan.

Once you get the required access, you can add your team members and provide them access as per your business needs.

You can edit the team member access anytime or remove them from your account.

Kindly note that,

• Adding / Removing the Team Members does not change your account limits.
• Once you remove the member, they can continue to access the DocsCloud however, they will no longer have access to your account (Forms, DocTemplate and others).
• Team Member subscription is for 2 Team Members only.

Today we are releasing the feature to insert the text variables in the Header-Footer section of the DocTemplate

You can insert the variables in the template's header/footer section, and variables will get populated based upon the incoming data.

We are glad to introduce our recent module (DocMan) to the DocsCloud suite. DocMan, in its current avatar, helps you to create and manage objects in your AWS Bucket. Consider it like a layer that will help you translate your File Storage to a simple Enterprise Content Management System. However, this is just the beginning; in future, DocMan will translate to a full-fledged E-CMS.

Why 'DocMan'? DocMan means DOCument MANagement.

Click on the Try DocMan button to begin.

Now you have three options,

Step 1: Go to the AWS Configuration option and add your AWS buckets. You can add any number of buckets.

Step 2: Once you have added the AWS connection, go to the File System and start creating the Folders/Sub-Folders

That's it.

Now you can use the API Details and perform the save, access & delete operations on your files/objects.

As we said, this is just the beginning of the E-CMS module; as we progress, we will add more capabilities.

DocsCloud is happy to announce the introduction of the Payment Collection feature. The feature allows you to collect payments,

1. Before the document signing (DocSignature)

2. On Form submissions (Form Builder).

The Payment Collection option can be enabled in the workflow as well.

Currently, the Payment Collection can happen only over the Stripe gateway. We will add more gateways as we progress. There is no restriction on the currency; you can configure the ICO code (USD, CAD, INR & similar) of the currency corresponding to your business.

How to configure the Payment details?

Go to the Payment Collection option under the Configuration section to enter your Stripe Keys & the Currency Code.

Using Payment Collection in DocSignature

Before the document dispatch, you can configure the payment amount. Along with this, you can configure the payment amount at the signee level. You can configure different amounts for different signees.

Using Payment Collection in Forms

Go to the Form options and scroll down to the option - "Do you want to collect the payment along with the form?". Select 'Yes' and choose the numeric field that will have the payment amount value.

Is the Payment Collection option available in the workflow?

Yes. This option is available in the workflow as well.

You can now create the template once and use (copy) them in your DocTemplate or the DocSignature modules. Consider Custom Templates as your very own template library.

You can create your base templates in the Custom Template section. Use them when creating templates in the DocTemplate module or documents in the DocSignature module.
