The feature is currently available to Beta users. The feature will be available to all users from 22-September 2021. To enable the Beta access, go to your profile and enable the 'Beta Updates' toggle.

DocsCloud is happy to announce the introduction of the Payment Collection feature. The feature allows you to collect payments,

1. Before the document signing (DocSignature)

2. On Form submissions (Form Builder).

The Payment Collection option can be enabled in the workflow as well.

Currently, the Payment Collection can happen only over the Stripe gateway. We will add more gateways as we progress. There is no restriction on the currency; you can configure the ICO code (USD, CAD, INR & similar) of the currency corresponding to your business.

How to configure the Payment details?

Go to the Payment Collection option under the Configuration section to enter your Stripe Keys & the Currency Code.

Using Payment Collection in DocSignature

Before the document dispatch, you can configure the payment amount. Along with this, you can configure the payment amount at the signee level. You can configure different amounts for different signees.

Using Payment Collection in Forms

Go to the Form options and scroll down to the option - "Do you want to collect the payment along with the form?". Select 'Yes' and choose the numeric field that will have the payment amount value.

Is the Payment Collection option available in the workflow?

Yes. This option is available in the workflow as well.
