New & improved APIs for, DocTemplate DocShare DocExtractor DocSignature

We are going to redraw the conditional logic for document generation.

I need to be able to configure the language of the emails sent from DocsCloud and the wording of the DocSignature so that it is not only in English, but also in other languages such as Spanish.

Custom Templates Library

We are going to redraw the form rules in the Form Builder.

With Business Flow, we will identify & release the various actions that can be performed using the DocsCloud modules (at a granular level). We will also introduce a series of new functionalities, e.g. auto-reminder, incoming webhook, approval workflow (sequential & parallel) & much more. The idea is that you should orchestrate/transfer your business processes (related to documentation activities) to DocsCloud Business Flow. Also, once the Business Flow goes live, you will no longer require automation platforms like Pabbly or Integrately to connect any application with DocsCloud. We will be having our incoming webhooks & mapping interface.

Hi! It would be great if we could create a DocTemplate and with a click of a button we could generate a Form with ALL the variables used. The workflow would be: Create template with all the variables Click generate Form A popup window shows all values and in front a dropdown to select the Field Type to be used in the form, click save A new form is generated with all the variables as fields using the field type selected in the previous step Thanks! I am looking for a way to place a variable / placeholder in the header section of a doctemplate.

Include Form & Template Variables in Notification Email Output Type Dropdown in DocExtractor Include Action for DocSignature & DocPublisher Approval Over Email Map multiple templates with Form and choose the template based upon the Form field.

It would be great if the person filling the form could preview the text that will be used in the DocTemplate module, that way we could incorporate signatures from the beginning (people will not put their signature in a document they cannot read). Example: I have a form to get details to be used in an NDA agreement. Then with that, I generate a document, sign it, send it to the original user for e-sign, and then send back signed. This could be streamlined if the user can see how his details are used, and also read the NDA so that he/she can sign from the beginning.
